EXTERIOR PAINTING
At LBC through hard work and experience we have developed a systematic approach that help us to deliver the quality and performance that we have promised you.
- Pressure wash / hand wash Areas to be painted are either pressure washed or hand washed to remove dirt or mildew to ensure proper preparation. This process is explained in our painting proposal.
- Surface preparation All loose paint is scrapped, any cracked sealant is removed and replaced and all gaps get properly caulked to prevent water to ingress in the building envelope. All glossy paints get sanded and any bare wood get primed to ensure proper paint adhesion.
- Paint Top quality paint is applied with the highest standards and practices to ensure you get the best results.
- Clean We do a daily clean up at the end of the day to ensure client is happy and we are organized to start our next working day.
- Inspection After our final inspection you are invited to inspect our work and let us know any deficiencies on the painting job and also a feedback on our employees and practices.
